ABOUT ME
My name is Sandra Moreno-Hernandez. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1996 with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Environmental and Civil Engineering in December 2020. I have over 20 years of experience in the fields of site development, drainage and flood management. I am a registered professional Engineer in both the state of Texas and New Mexico and a Registered Accessibility Specialist in the State of Texas.
I worked in the DFW Metroplex for 8 years before moving back to El Paso in 2007. I worked for a local A&E firm for approximately 11 years in their site development department as a Senior Project Manager.
In August 2019, I started my own civil engineering consulting firm, SMH Engineering, LLC.
